'Convenience' is a poster design I developed as a tongue-in-cheek commentary on consumerism, oil consumption, and the human assumed ownership of natural resources. The receipt in this digital collage reads "run" where the total should be.
'Don't Be Crude' is a poster design I developed as commentary on the dangers and blind self-destruction presented by humans' extraction and use of oil and its bi-products (plastics, etc.). The person being choked by a plastic bag is not only literally blinded by the material, but emotionally as well, seeming to yell out "don't be crude" to someone condemning fracking as he himself is grasping for air ... choking on a plastic bag.
This Mazzy Star poster was a personal project I completed as a relaxation exercise after completing my last final as a senior in college. Mazzy Star was my favorite band at the time and I wanted to celebrate how their music helped center and ground me for that semester.
